We advise our guests to have in mind that the comfortable occupancy is for 4 persons, but in case they request we can add an extra bed. The unit features one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. We have the possibility to add a baby cot or extra bed (portable, sofa ) for another kid for example, upon request. We advise our guests to have in mind that the comfortable occupancy is for 4 persons, but in case they request we can add an extra bed. The terrace is huge, with outdoor furniture and a lovey ambiance. The kitchenette is equipped with hot plates ( and a small oven), a sink with running water, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, plates, glasses, basic cooking utilities (pot for boiling light meals ) spoons, forks, ect.   

The Family Studio with Sofa in Villa Vasiliadi is a nice unit ( 23-25 sq. m2) located on the first floor in Building "A". The room features one double bed plus one very big corner sofa which accommodates another 2 people. We have the possibility to add a baby cot upon request. We advise our guests to have in mind that the comfortable occupancy is for 2 adults and 2 kids, as the sofa is very big and not expandable. A nice balcony with outdoor furniture and views toward the garden the parking and bit the near sea is available. The kitchenette is equipped with hot plates ( and a small oven), a sink with running water, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, plates, glasses, basic cooking utilities (pot for boiling light meals ) spoons, forks, ect.

Right next to the studios our little friends can have fun with safety at their own playground while their parents can prepare meals on the barbeque or the whole family can enjoy themselves at the beautiful V-Cafe or relax at our pool.
